Damages and issues

At Interia.co.uk we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact is via email to helpdesk@interia.co.uk in the first instance. 

All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 working days of delivery and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. We will have sent an email when your delivery was received informing you of the 7 day requirement, we will unfortunately not waiver this. The images will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged. 

Changed your mind?

We make every effort to ensure that all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date, providing a full description and images of the fault.

If you find your purchase to be unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange the goods or make a refund, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret however that no refund will be made for the return carrier/postage costs.

Refunds can only be made once the goods are back in the possession of the company and will be in the form of the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@interia.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
