Please note we currently only deliver to UK Mainland and deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take 7 working days on top of the advised lead time.

Our free delivery service doesn’t just save you money—it also ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care. Whether you’re ordering a single accent chair or furnishing an entire room, we’ll make sure your purchase is delivered efficiently and securely.

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES
Your order will be delivered on a working weekday and unless you have already accepted a timed window, then delivery could be completed any time between 8am and 8pm. For security purposes, a signature will be required on receipt as our couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available upon delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION
If tracking information is available, you will receive this via email once your item has been dispatched. If you’re ordering multiple items from different brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days and with different couriers. Don’t panic if everything doesn’t arrive together, we do this to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS
We work with several suppliers that deliver directly to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. This may mean that you receive your items from a different courier to those outlined below. On some occasions, you may be contacted by the supplier or courier directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY
To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases and underneath ceilings. If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery.

If you are not available to take delivery, some couriers may leave a goods in a safe place or leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery. Please note, that on some occasions, redeliveries and failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.

ONCE DELIVERED
On delivery, please check your items carefully before you sign for them. If you are unable to check the items before the courier leaves, please ensure you sign for the delivery as unchecked. We recommend that you keep your packaging and order confirmation email as this will be needed for any after-sales enquiries or returns. 

At Interia.co.uk we allow a 3-day checking service for any faults or discrepancies with your order, after the 3-days we won't be able to return your item for free and a return charge will be applied. 

Return Policies

FAULTY PRODUCTS

At Interia.co.uk we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact is via email to helpdesk@interia.co.uk in the first instance. 

All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 working days of delivery and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. We will have sent an email when your delivery was received informing you of the 7 day requirement, we will unfortunately not waiver this. The images will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged. 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We make every effort to ensure that all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date, providing a full description and images of the fault.

If you find your purchase to be unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange the goods or make a refund, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret however that no refund will be made for the return carrier/postage costs.

Refunds can only be made once the goods are back in the possession of the company and will be in the form of the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@interia.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
